Xmas Roundup 2011

Now that xmas is over and done with, presents have been given, puzzled over, explained, and then appreciated …… its time for me to list. I am quite happy with my efforts this year. Travelling to Qld for xmas was a costly endeavour, and so I was adamant that I would be giving a lot of me-made stuff, to offset the cost.  This included my work friends gifts as well as friends and family.  This has meant planning, and making in advance …. and I think that alone has contributed to me keeping cost to a minimum. We have got by this year without touching the credit cards, which is very pleasing.

First up, was an apron and mug rug for a work friend.  Vintage cottons and quilting cottons.
