My sewing for the month

This last month or so, has been a month for making baby things.  Years ago,  I had finished my baby making years, and my body refused to let me have any more.  So I gave away all my baby patterns.  I started investing in other types of materials, stuff to make clothes for the kids, and making other crafty things.

But, then my sister decided to have a second dip into the baby making pool.  Her second child is nearly 2, and number three hasn’t long been born.  Add to that, a host of workmates and friends, all who are breeding.   I must admit its hard, putting together beautiful little things, knowing that I’m not making them for myself.  But I enjoy them too ….. a double edged sword for sure.

So here are the latest productions:
A couple of pocket MCN’s, that I added to a gift set that I blogged earlier.
ooga pocket nappy pink and white pocket nappy

This set was for my sister, as a celebration of the birth of her new boy. I am hoping she likes them, because they pulled the heart strings making them.
bibs, shoulder cloths, cross over shirt and pants sets and a long sleeve romper.
newborn set

I have another set to make …. and then hopefully they will all take a break from breeding, because I really need to make something else.
